VirtualZ POC Activation Policy
Our goal is to make it easy for Outsourcers and MSPs to evaluate VirtualZ products on behalf of your customers. This policy explains how to activate a Proof of Concept (POC) under your existing Evaluation Agreement. Purpose
POCs give you a safe, low-risk way to try VirtualZ products, validate customer use cases, and quickly demonstrate value.
Eligibility
To start a POC, simply:
- Have an Evaluation Agreement on file
- Submit the POC Activation Form with basic customer and project details
- Confirm that the evaluation will be used for testing only
During the POC
- POCs are limited to non-production testing
- Access is time-bound based on your agreement
- Extensions are easy to request if more time is needed
- Additional or follow-on evaluations may require updated approval
Review & Activation
Our team reviews each request promptly. We may contact you for clarification if anything is missing so we can get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Moving to Production
When the customer is ready to go live, just complete the Customer Activation Form and we’ll guide you through next steps for a smooth transition.
